These Terms explain your use of Fullscreen Clock, including its clock and timing features, advertising, optional Remove Ads purchases and available advertising rewards. Please read them before using the app or making a purchase.

At a glance

- Rewards and purchases differ
- iOS rewarded videos can grant temporary freedom from interstitial ads. That local reward is separate from the permanent purchase.
- Timing depends on your device
- Device settings and app state affect timing and alerts. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable purchase remedies remain available.
These Terms and store terms
Use of Fullscreen Clock is subject to these Terms where applicable and the rules of the store through which you obtained it. If you do not agree, do not continue using the app. This does not remove rights or remedies arising from a purchase under applicable law.
For the iOS app, these Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable store rules; they are not intended to replace that Standard EULA. Google Play’s applicable terms also govern obtaining the Android app and purchases through its store. Mandatory legal protections take precedence over a conflicting provision.
Eligibility, licence and responsible use
You must have the capacity required by applicable law to enter this agreement. Where guardian consent or supervision is required, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and supervise use and purchases. Protect your device and store account and use available purchase approval and parental controls where appropriate.
Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, you may use Fullscreen Clock for your own lawful purposes on supported devices you own or control. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, design, artwork and other protected content. Choosing your own display text or image does not transfer ownership of that content to Gude Labs; use content you are entitled to use.
Do not unlawfully copy, redistribute or sell access to the app, bypass purchase verification or security measures, manipulate advertising rewards, interfere with services, or infringe another person’s rights. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not override open-source licences or statutory exceptions.
Clock features, alerts and local settings
Features and available modes differ by platform, version and device. Clock displays use the device’s time and settings. Timer and focus behavior can be affected by app state, process termination, system time changes, power management and operating-system restrictions. Screen-on features can increase battery use.
The current Android timer and focus-completion messages are shown inside the app. The current versions do not provide a guaranteed scheduled system alarm or remote-push reminder service. Available sounds or spoken prompts depend on the app, audio settings and system behavior. Check the behavior on your device before relying on a timing or reminder feature.
Preferences and running state are handled locally; some values are saved and others exist only in memory. Clearing app data, closing the app, changing devices or restoring a backup can affect them. Store purchase restoration restores an eligible purchase entitlement. It does not restore local clock settings, selected images, in-progress timers or temporary rewarded time. Optional photo-background controls are available in the iOS version and depend on the permission you grant.
Advertising and temporary rewarded time
Fullscreen Clock can show interstitial advertisements when no applicable ad-free entitlement is active. The iOS version also offers optional rewarded videos. Advertisements and their destinations are supplied by advertisers and their services; opening one may take you outside the app. You can report inappropriate or misleading advertisements to us.
Where offered on iOS, completing a qualifying rewarded video currently grants 24 hours without interstitial advertisements, as shown in the app. Delivery depends on the advertising service confirming completion. Additional qualifying rewards may extend that period. Optional rewarded videos may remain available during it. This reward is stored locally, is not a paid subscription, does not renew or charge automatically, and is not restored as a store purchase.
Rewards depend on availability and completion conditions; an unavailable or interrupted advertisement may not grant time. Contact us if you believe a completed reward was not credited. The Android version currently offers the separate Remove Ads purchase rather than this rewarded-time feature.
The Remove Ads purchase
Both platforms offer an optional, one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase through their respective stores. It does not renew automatically. The purchase screen presents the price, currency and offer before confirmation. A pending, unsuccessful or unrecognized purchase does not yet provide a confirmed entitlement.
When its entitlement is recognized, the iOS permanent Remove Ads purchase disables the app’s interstitial and rewarded advertisements. The Android Remove Ads entitlement disables its interstitial-advertising flow. This purchase concerns advertising in Fullscreen Clock on the purchased platform; it does not remove ads in other apps or websites.
Remove Ads is not a switch for all analytics, store communication or other information processing. It does not itself promise unrelated future premium features, a cloud-sync service or a transfer between the Apple and Google Play stores. These scope statements do not permit removal of the purchased ad-free entitlement contrary to applicable consumer rights.
Restoring purchases and platform scope
Use the app’s Restore Purchases option with the store account used for the original purchase if an eligible Remove Ads purchase is not recognized. Restoration depends on the store’s records, account, network availability and applicable rules. iOS restoration communicates with Apple’s purchase services; Android restoration queries Google Play purchase records.
The Apple and Google Play purchases are separate. An Apple purchase does not automatically grant an Android entitlement, and a Google Play purchase does not automatically grant an iOS entitlement. Do not assume a purchase is transferable to another account or eligible for family sharing unless the applicable store and offer allow it.
A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer provide an entitlement. If a valid purchase still fails to restore, contact zach@gudelabs.com with the platform, app version, a description and an order reference where needed. Do not send your account password or full payment-card details. We will investigate and provide remedies required by applicable law.
Refunds and purchase problems
Purchase and refund procedures depend on the store, your location and applicable law. You can request an Apple refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Google Play provides its own refund process, and you may also contact us for assistance with an Android purchase issue or a refund request.
We will help investigate missing entitlements or other purchase problems, including purchase references you provide, and address remedies within our responsibilities. We cannot change every aspect of a store account or guarantee a store’s refund decision. These Terms do not make every purchase non-refundable or remove a mandatory consumer remedy.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains local settings and images, advertising, analytics, purchases, website requests and your choices. Accepting these Terms does not replace a separate privacy consent required by law or platform rules.
Apple, Google Play, advertising services, and destinations you choose to visit have their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Optional connected features depend on their availability and account settings. Gude Labs remains responsible for its own legal obligations.
Updates, ending use and service expectations
We may update Fullscreen Clock to fix problems, improve the experience or respond to platform and legal changes. Compatibility and optional connected services may change. We will provide notice where required and meet applicable obligations for paid content; these Terms do not permit arbitrary removal of a purchased entitlement without a remedy required by law.
You may stop using the app at any time. Serious misuse, fraud, security concerns or legal requirements may lead to proportionate restrictions on relevant services or termination of the use licence, with notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Accrued rights and obligations are unaffected.
We work to provide a reliable app but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, compatible with every device, precise in every system state or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or remedies for failure to deliver paid content as required by law. These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims or mandatory arbitration.
Contact, disputes and changes
For questions or disputes, contact zach@gudelabs.com and we will try to resolve them fairly. Applicable law determines your statutory rights and the courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction. These Terms do not remove a mandatory right to bring a claim where you live.
We will update the effective date when revising these Terms and provide additional notice or seek acceptance where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued purchase rights or replace required privacy consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
English and Simplified Chinese versions are intended to have the same meaning. Contact us about inconsistencies; your mandatory legal rights are preserved in either language.
